You own your inspections, photos and reports; we host and process them only to run the app. We never use them to train AI.
AI photo scans, suggested hazards, observations and summaries are advisory drafts — you verify every finding before relying on it.
The app is a documentation tool, not a substitute for a competent person, a safety professional, or a compliance audit.
Deleted records sit in your Recycle Bin for 30 days, then in an access-restricted backup for 5 years so an authorized Enterprise Owner or Company Admin can request restoration (aligned with OSHA recordkeeping).
If you're on an organization's license, inspections filed under its projects belong to the organization; your personal ones stay yours.
Integrations such as Procore only receive data when you (or your organization) choose to push it.
Florida law; individual arbitration with a 30-day opt-out. Only strictly necessary local storage — no ad tracking, no cookie banner.
